Victoria Modern Homes came to Branding by Beth looking to create a brand that would stand apart within the Victoria real estate market while reflecting the heart and personality behind the business. Sophia wanted a visual identity that felt feminine enough to be memorable, bold enough to create recognition and strong enough to represent the dedication and work ethic she brings to every client relationship.

The Challenge

Sophia needed a brand identity that moved beyond the traditional real estate aesthetic while creating stronger recognition and connection with her audience. The challenge was creating a visual experience that felt elevated and approachable while balancing professionalism with personality and building a stronger sense of trust throughout the client journey.

We developed a refined and memorable visual identity inspired by both Sophia's vision and the natural surroundings of the Victoria landscape. Through thoughtful design choices, including a custom poppy-inspired element, we created a brand system that reflected strength, warmth and connection while paying homage to local botanicals and the strong relocation community she serves. Website design focused on creating a seamless and engaging client journey while reinforcing the new brand experience across every touchpoint.

I found Beth on Tiktok and was immediately attracted to her ability to add a delicate touch to branding. At the time, I had just ended a relationship with a branding manager and was not ready to make any changes. Beth was sure to reach out to me but gave me the space to contact her when I was ready to launch a new brand. As a logical thinker, I did not have any ideas of how I wanted to represent my real estate business. I knew that I did not like my old branding and wanted a fresh and feminine representation for my business. Beth’s branding guide is visually appealing and inspires me to share my brand everywhere. Once we finished our mini brand guide, she saw my struggle to update my website and stepped in to help as well. I was most impressed with the systems Beth had in place to take her clients from concept to completion. It has only occurred to me now that I have never met Beth in person. We worked together virtually from Vancouver Island and Calgary. It wouldn’t have been possible without Beth’s organized back-end systems.
