  • The estimated timeline for this project is 4 weeks. If you have an additional add-on, like a blog or shop please expect a longer timeline. Clients are required to provide all content before the start date and are requested to reply to emails on time to keep things on schedule.

  • Depending on your page count, please be prepared to invest $3,000 -$15,000 on your website project. Contact me to get your custom quote. Payment plans are always available. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to save your space.

  • Pair the Essential Brand Package or the Comprehensive Brand Package with a Website and save $300 - $500 when you book them together.

  • Websites come with some annual fees, set-up fees and additional fees that may be custom to each project. These are not included in the price and will be invoiced back to the client at the end of the project.

E-Commerce Development

Start selling your goods online. With the E-commerce package, we will set up your website with all the bells and whistles to start promoting and selling your products with ease. Automate shipping, inventory and custom orders for a flow within your business.  Coaching calls and training videos are included to assist clients with their new shop management. 

Clients must provide all images and content. 
A maximum of 15 Items will be added. 
Website templates and additional management fees are not included. 

Blog Addition

Add a blog to your website package. This will give your website additional SEO benefits and drive customers to your pages with the help of organic reach. This package includes 5 blog uploads. Written content and photography are to be provided by the client. During our website training, the addition of more blogs will be showcased for future in-house management. 

CopyWriting

If you struggle with writing content that aligns with your values and are unsure of who your target audience is, this is for you. Add some life to your business with unique and clear brand mission statements. Receive a jam-packed document filled with tools that will allow you to confidently speak, write and market your business with ease.

Includes mission statements, brand keywords, brand headlines, brand slogans, social media pillars and more.

Search Engine Optimization

Develop your SEO (Search Engine Optimization). In the day of competitive digital advertising, you need your business to reach the top.

With the help of images, tags, and keyword optimization on your website, and the power of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Business, we will work together to build and target your ideal audience.

Monthly maintenance

Does your website have a blog, event calendar, or monthly gallery that needs updates? We can help. We keep things on track and your brand up to standards. This package allows all of your most important information to stay safe and continue running smoothly. I'll take care of the website, you focus on your clients. 4 - 6 month packages are requested. 

The Project Process

  • 01 / CONTACT

    Book a Connection Call with me to discuss your goals, timeline, and budget. If we are the right fit, I’ll send you a customized proposal and you will pay your deposit.

  • 02 / Project Kick-Off

    Receive the Kick-off Package and welcome email with a bit of homework, research, and a link to book our 30-minute deep dive brand discovery call.

  • 03/ Content Delivery

    Get ready to upload all your branded photography and provide me will all your essential written content. This step can sometimes be the biggest for clients!

  • 04 / Design & Revisions

    Development of the first revision website. To be presented in video format. Clients fill out revision worksheets and this step is repeated once more!

  • 05 / Launch

    The soft launch happens one week before the site goes public. Then when all is clear the site will be publicly launched!

  • 06 / Farewell Package

    Farewell, but never goodbye! After our launch, I provide you with a final farewell package which gives you the chance to give me feedback on the project!

  • 07 / Support

    On-going email support, 3-month post-project check-in, and discounts on all resources. First priority for all future projects together.

  • A: Pricing includes all items mentioned above. Pricing excludes the cost of domain hosting, templates, e-commerce updates, or any additional website fees. All additional fees outside of scope will be invoiced to the client on a case-by-case basis.

  • A: Yes! All of my website packages come with a 1-hour training addition at the end of the project. Each training also includes a detailed PDF. We are only ever a click away from SOS situations, and I recommend being left on the account for at least 6 months post-project. We also offer additional maintenance packages to keep your website running smoothly.

  • A: You can include any type of content you'd like on your website, including text, images, videos, audio files, and more. E-commerce and blog pages will be added at an additional rate.

  • A: Yes, all of our projects do require a 25% deposit upon booking. Your billing cycles will depend on the scope of work and monthly payments will reflect this.

  • A: All content for the website will be provided by the client in step number three of the process. This includes all the written and visual components. We have the resources to make this easy for each one of our unique clients.

  • A: That totally depends on your package and responsiveness (we ask for feedback within three business days). Typically, Green packages can take 4 weeks and the Gold can take 6-12 weeks.
